In addition to the offers listed here, Hanham Community Centre also issue "offer vouchers" via advertising in "This Week" as well as through promotional flyers. These rates only apply if you have a valid voucher, and as such are not necessarily advertised here.

Please check with the office - late bookings are subject to staff availability.
All Offer bookings must be paid for in full when booking - and there are no refunds if later cancelled.
Bookings are not normally accepted less than 2 weeks before a function - depending on function type.
All bookings must be for Private non-profit making functions or parties using our bar facilities, with over either 80 guests (Wessex) or 120 guests (Elbrow); unless specifed otherwise above.
These offers may be withdrawn at any time. Not all unbooked 'slots' will be advertised at a reduced rate.
Only one offer applies for a given booking (i.e. Multiple offers (discounts) do not apply).

This page is updated on an irregular (weekly or bi-weekly) basis. Hence it is possible that the above Function Suite dates may have already been booked through the office at our nomal hire rates.
In such cases:
(1) The function room is not available for hire at these rates (so please ring to check)
(2) This offer rate only applies to late bookings as a Special Offer and would not be retrospectively applied to any standing bookings - even if inadvertently advertised here.

In terms of the Hire Agreement: Where one of the above dates has been booked through the office at our standard rate (even if it was advertised here), then the hirer has contractually accepted the standard rate.

These Special Rates Website Only on-line Deals are only advertised on this website and will only be offered if specified when booking - otherwise functions suites will be charged at our standard hire rate. Special Offers above are available to all bookings that meet the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
